I have spent many years working in the field of fertility. I have had the opportunity to do so across different countries, cultures and organisations. I have led teams, supported business growth processes and taken part in some of the most exciting projects in reproductive medicine.
But if there is one thing I have learned during this time, it is that fertility is never just a medical matter. Behind every treatment there are people. There are stories. There are difficult decisions. There is uncertainty, hope, fear, excitement and an enormous capacity for resilience.
That is why I have decided to create this space.
Not because I think the world needs one more opinion. Nor because I want to talk solely about my professional career. I do it because, after many years listening to patients, healthcare professionals, researchers, entrepreneurs and leaders from different sectors, I feel that there are conversations that deserve to be shared.
Conversations about fertility, yes. But also about leadership, innovation, healthcare management, patient experience, diversity, corporate culture and the role that humanity must continue to play in an increasingly technological world.
My personal story is deeply connected to this purpose
My personal story is deeply connected to this purpose. Before leading a fertility clinic, I was a patient. Before accompanying thousands of families, I walked my own path to motherhood thanks to assisted reproduction.
That experience taught me something no business school or management programme can teach: that behind every piece of data, every protocol and every scientific advance there are people who place their trust in us at one of the most important moments of their lives.
Perhaps that is why I have always believed that scientific excellence and humanity are not two separate paths. They are the same path.

In this blog I will share reflections on the challenges and opportunities that fertility faces in the coming years, the changes that are transforming the healthcare sector, the lessons I have learned as an international executive and some stories that have helped me better understand what it means to lead with experience and empathy.
We will also talk about women who inspire, about talent, innovation, social responsibility and how to build organisations capable of growing without ever losing sight of the people within them.
